The following greyhounds were sent to the veterinary surgeon upon completion of their event, but were not found to be suffering any injury.

SUSPENSIONS

Race 4 SHEEPWASH Injured in running, near fore foot, 10 days

GENERAL

Prior to the running of Race 2 the connections of ONE MISSING requested the decorative lights on winning post to be turned off and the permission was granted by the stewards.

Prior to the running of Race 5 the connections of HITECH BLACKJACK and DUEL ENFORCER also requested the decorative lights be turned off the winning post and again permission was granted.

Due to the request of those connections the decorative lights were turned off for the remainder of the evening.

Race 1

YORKLEA PRINCE was slow to begin. On the 1^st turn HAY CLINTON and WINDY HILL WIZZ bumped resulting in WINDY HILL WIZZ to lose significant ground. Approaching the home turn SHORT DELUSION shifted ground outwards and in doing so checked YORKLEA MISS. WHAT A SMILE which was following was taken wider on the track. After entering the home straight SHORT DELUSION shifted ground outwards and bumped YORKLEA MISS.

Race 2

DAMIEN and SPACE ODYSSEY were tightened for room shortly after the start by ONE MISSING which was taken in by BILLY BEE STING. SASSY SPRITE was caught wide in the early stages. RUBY LAVELLE and BILLY BEE STING brushed shortly after entering the home straight.

Race 3

SWEET SURRENDER was slow to begin. Approaching the 1^st turn QUAYS ON LOGAN shifted ground inwards and checked GAMBLER’S GOLD which lost ground.

Race 4

SHEEPWASH over the concluding stages was inclined to lose ground. A veterinary examination of SHEEPWASH revealed the greyhound to be injured in the near fore foot and was stood down for a period of 10 days.

Race 5

LADY LULU was slow to begin. On the 1^st turn STYLISH ROVER shifted ground outwards and checked PREMIUM SMILE which in turn shifted ground outwards and hampered HITECH BLACKJACK. A short distance later HITECH BLACKJACK checked off the heels of PREMIUM SMILE and lost ground.

Race 6

GAZZA SHIRAZ was slow to begin. On the 1^st turn BELINDA LEE was checked and lost significant ground.

Race 7

JUST SPUD was slow to begin. On the 1^st turn JUST SPUD was checked after being tightened for room by DISORDERLY. After entering the home straight SUPREME LEVEL shifted ground outwards and bumped TAIPAN BALE.

Race 8

BIG MOOSE and JUNGLE GREEN were slow to begin. On the 1^st turn KNOCKA NORRIS and LOTS OF MOOLAH were tightened for room and as a result lost significant ground. Shortly after entering the home straight EL GALO and YIKES brushed.

Race 9

HITECH SHOWGIRL and BUBALONG were slow to begin.

Race 10

MISS GOGGLES was slow to begin.
